FREE Talks for School Staff

To inform school staff, health professionals and other interested organisations, we offer free information sessions. We provide information regarding our service, the roles of Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists, how to identify problem areas and helpful strategies to manage these difficulties in the classroom and home environments. We also provide valuable information regarding Public and Private health rebates for our services. The SPOT4KIDS directors present the talks at the school or other preferred location during staff meetings, pupil free days or after school hours, for the duration of your choice (at least 1 hour is recommended).

Subsequent to the free talk, screenings are offered at a discounted price for speech pathology and occupational therapy to children that teachers or parents may have particular concerns about. While the free talk is not a requirement for the discounted school screenings, it is recommended.
